Im not positive it is a rotator cuff injury but my shoulder is ****ed and I haven't been to the gym in 1.5 months. Wut should I do???
Btw I initially injured it doing latpulldowns...(my shoulder popped/ dislocated) I tried working throgh it but my shoulder didn't get better and it was easily my weakest bodypart.
There is some pain/ discomfort but nothing major and when I do certain movements my shoulder clicks..
Should i see a doctor??? Or what should I do??
