I like the car. I also am quite inspired by the DL PR!

37 is what is on the window, but I got the eco version so it can be up to 42 on the hwy. That is most of the reason I liked it so much.

yeah this program has a deload with low weights. I liked it though it was just enough to get the blood flowing. I go stir crazy with no workouts at all.

I just realized that I forgot to report on my weigh in on Wednesday morning. It wasn't too bad.
Previous Week's Weight: 242.8lbs
This Week's Weight: 240.2lbs
For a loss of 2.6lbs
I am happy with that. I will keep being happy as long as we move in the right direction. My big thing to concur this week is to try to track food all weekend. The only thing that will be tricky is Sunday because I am going to the Red's game with my dad in his bank's Private Catered box seats.
