women that have taken Oxyelite Pro!

Have any of yall taken it before? If so, what where the results and weekly fat loss? Also, what workouts are recommended while taking this?

Took the first cap this morning and feel fine. I had a small meal that normally wouldn't fill me up but I have no desire to eat anything else right now. Feeling a little warm but I know that is expected...

I'm 5'6 @ 152lbs right now, would love to get down to the low 140's and lose the extra thighs.

Any feedback would be awesome. Thanks!

I've heard good things about it and I tried it last summer for about two weeks.

I personally reacted pretty weird to it. I didn't lose any weight, I didn't get the appetite suppressant effects, I sweat more but I sweat a ton anyway. I actually got really depressed on this stuff, I was a wreck for the whole time I was on it. I have no idea why and I haven't heard of it happening to anyone else. Just make sure to stop it if you feel weird.

I am about 2 weeks into it. I'm not losing weight extremely quickly, but I haven't really kept up with my diet. That said, I don't feel like I need to. I have stopped snacking in the afternoon. I have my breakfast, lunch, and can generally just finish the day with dinner and have no more. This is not me. I'm a snacker. I'm pretty sure it's the OEP.

I took this about a year and a half ago when I was just doing cardio and no weights or meal plans, just eating low calorie food no regard to macros

The first couple of weeks it made an effect on mood (positive), boost energy (like a super redbull), and suppression of appetite. Did make my body temperature go up a little...

Afterwards, cant really say it did much but just be an annoying cost. If you need a big energy boost before your workouts or help in suppressing appetite it could help, or you can just down some coffee preworkout and get a meal plan/diet in order and save your money. I probably can attribute one or two pounds loss to it, not worth it.

Today is my first day and I am loving it so far!! I had an awesome workout this morning...major energy. And I haven't had the mid-afternoon snackies as usual. I had to force myself to eat something just cause my calories are on the low side.

I did experience the warm thing...though its 85 degrees here so I guess that's to be expected anyhow...no jitters thank goodness. I used to take Ripped Fuel back in the day (like way back in the day lol) and I remember being jittery as hell. This gave me just as much energy and no jittery/nauseous feeling.

I used OxyelitePro and did not care for it. It didn't seem to do anything other than make me feel crappy.

i use it more as an appetite suppressant than anything. I pair it with Jack3d (which USE to be the recommendation, but isn't anymore) which gives my workouts a bit more edge...I have a SUPER high caffeine tolerance though. I noticed the 'giddy' effect of it for awhile. When I first started using it, within 5 minutes I was in THE BEST mood ever. I would literally skip around my house giggling. Now, I still feel the great mood effect, but it's not as intense. If I take a lot I start to sweat a lot (just how I react to caffeine) but I don't get hot or tingly with JUST the OEP.....

I DO NOT think it would help fat loss if my diet/training weren't already set. I'm not aiming to lose weight though, so I can't tell ya if Ive noticed any effects there. I half think it has some placebo effect too. I *think* it'll give me more energy, therefore I work harder, therefore I see better results...

    My take

After doing some research, this is the fat burner I decided to use. I have made adjustements to my diet and just started to exercise on a regular and consistant basis. No supplement has the ability to make you drop the weight all on it's own, HOWEVER some can excellerate the process when combined with a weight loss diet and exercise plan.

Using OxyElite in this 3 pronged approach is working for me. I have lost 6 pounds in these first 2 weeks!

This fat burner, like many others, cannot be used long term without breaks. Without getting the bottle to dbl check, I think it's something like 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off that they recommend.

    I hope this helps.

A side benefit I want to share with you~ one noobie to another:
One of my biggest challenges is getting my rear-in-gear in the morning. As a "night owl", I tend to stay up late and wake up late, so my bio rythmn is way off. This results in very low motivation to do anything, much less work out, in the morning.

Taking OxyElite with a glass of water upon waking up has helped turn that around. Within minutes it clears my mind and gives me just enough of a boost in mood and energy to get a good start at the beginning of the day. I work out later in the day and find that I am tired earlier usually go to bed now around 10:30pm, instead of 1 or 2AM. (I do stay up a bit later on weekend nights, but not as late as before. I don't take the pills on weekends).

It provides me with focus, a higher energy level, a slight mood elevation, and medium strength appetite suppression. For me that means feeling fuller on smaller portions and eating slower, which works well with my plan of eating 5-6 healthy small meals a day.
The only down side is that my heart rate is elevated throughout the day.

If you decide to give it a try, let us know how it works for you!

im on my 2nd day and so far i dont feel that it has supressed my appetite at all. and im not really feeling the energy boost that everyone else has spoken of. yesterday i was a "sweaty betty" and i dont know if it was just a particularly hot day or if it was the pill. I hope when i can increase to 2 and then 3 pills a day i can start seeing the results that others have seen. has everyone else started out with just the one pill in the morning? For those that have been on it long enough, is everyone taking the 3 pills a day?

i have high hopes for this stuff but i definitely am not relying on it. Just hoping it will give me a little boost so i can shed this little layer of fat over my belly and see more definition everywhere.

I've been taking OEP for awhile now after changing up my diet and exercise program in preparation for my wedding, good to see other people have had success with it (I've read back and forth reviews, so you just never know). I personally think it worked great, it curbed my appetite, gave me the energy I needed to have a great workout, and I'm down 2 dress sizes. All in all very happy

My husband and I r both taking OEP. I am on track with my diet and exercise program and use it to help with the process. My appetitie has decreased and I feel that I have more energy when taking it. U take it for 8 weeks and cycle off for 4 weeks. I like it.

I switched from Meltdown to OxyElite after hearing some good reviews of it....I like it, I did get a little jittery at first, but got adjusted it. I get a ton of energy from it and I notice my appetite is not as strong.

I've been taking OEP for about a week now. I have had no real side effects until I took the two at once in the morning on the fourth day as it says to do in the directions. I ended up puking about 15 minutes after. I really don't have caffeine in my diet, so I think having 200mg at once was just too much for me. I went back to taking one in the morning and one later in the afternoon and I have been fine. No side effects.

Before OEP, I was almost ravenous with eating after I went to the gym. I don't really know why, but since I have been taking it, my appetite is non-existent. It really works! I just hope when I cycle off of it, I don't start eating that way again! Also, I see a huge difference in how much I sweat. It takes very little time to work up a sweat.

I think it's too early to tell weight wise, but if there is some significant results on my weigh-in (Tuesdays), I will be sure to update!

I've done 2 cycles of it. I think it's a good energy booster. I don't think I really lost any more fat on it versus just straight working out. Silly me took 3 pills on an empty belly once...I got to work and was literally sick every 15 minutes for 3 hours, and I ended up going home early. So yeah, don't do that!

I took it when I hit a plateau. It helped me start losing weight again, but not much. I don't like how it makes me feel. I can't take more than 1 a day

Used this when I was taking supps for morning fasted cardio, would never take it at night as there is no way I would sleep.
Clapped out, is the best way I can describe it. Just kinda went on auto-pilot to the gym and started running then crashed hard at work after. Fail. Hated it. No it didnt make me shed belly fat.
Anything worth having is worth working hard for

At the end of the day taking the pill three hours before sleeping. Eat only fruit, protein (chicken, fish, turkey, egg, salmon, beans) and vegetables and little carbohydrates and sugars.I want to know this is a good system or not and whether I can do sport twice daily or not and Are drug causes stomach acidity. I dunno, i agree with one of the other posters above. It helps to get me motivated to get in the gym in the morning.... and that's about it. Does it burn fat? i doubt it maybe just an insignificant ammount. Diet is where that is, but for early morning get up and go i give it a 10! lol

    Lightbulb Oep

I will honestly say, from my experience, OEP works with your dedication and hardwork. Everyone is different and will react differently (caffeine tolerance, body weight, etc).

I've taken about 5 cycles of OEP in my life and I did loose about 25 lbs, (going from 145-120ish) With that being said, it worked incredibly well at supressing my appetite, but looking back now, I don't consider that to be such a great thing. I view health as... you have to eat healthy to gain healthy.

I have not taken OEP since my second child (gained 50 lbs during pregnancy) and now only have about 7 lbs to go, and I lost it all by eating healthy and working my butt off. I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life even though on the scale I "weigh more", I am now more defined and stronger bc I eat better.

Also, remember if you are taking any SSRI's, they can react with OEP. When I took them, I just felt weird, like I was in lala land all the time. So for me, out weighing the pro's and con's, OEP works but to me temporarily bc once you stop you gain again..

Being healthy is a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix. Best of luck.

I tried taking OEP for the energy but it honestly just made me sick and jittery and I have a high tolerance for caffeine. It really made me shaky and half the time I didn't even want to finish my workouts. And I tried everything taking it with my meals and everything and I really just didn't react well to it. But everyone is different I just didn't have a good experience. I just stick to my pre workouts now.
