Started this like the fact of taking one pill twice per day. I wondering as long as diet and training are in place will I see results or do I need to up the dose to 2 and 1 or possible 2 and 2....

well, imo i started the first few days at 1/1 and i did notice a little effect. moved up to 2/2 and feel it's better - much more thermogenic and sweat my ass off doing cardio. can't really comment on full effectiveness since i'm not done my bottles, but have notices some leaning out so far (2 weeks in)

the full dosage of phenorex will be 2 capsules in the morning and then another 2 capsules 5-6 hours later

I love sizeon, and its my favorite product we make!
To diet with sizeon max, you need to adjust your carbohydrate intake for the day to account for the added carbs. You should be focusing most of your carbs around your workout already, so this is usually pretty easy to do.
In my opinion, dieting with sizeon is easier with it, then without it - I have consistent energy and endurance during my workouts, when normally I would be feeling lazy and tired due to the lack of carbs/calories.Senior Gaspari Board Rep/Brand Ambassador

Really depends on your carb goals. Do you want your carbs during a workout or do you want to save them for a meal? Can you stomach a lettuce burger every night or do you need the bun? If you're carb cutting then really the only time to get away with carbs guilt free is around a workout (pre-intra-post).
I started Phenorex on Monday and opted to hold off on my SizeOn... which sucks because I have like half a tub left! Right now intra workout is just some BCAAs and a scoop of creatine mono. Might start taking it again on my carb up days.MFC

Losing weight is more of a function of total calories rather than a specific carb number. That said, once you have appropriate protein and healthy fat intake in your diet, the carb number is the easiest one to manipulate to stimulate fat loss. Track your intake and macro balance and then see how your body responds. If you are stagnating and can't lose more weight, then make some adjustments and drop carbs a bit week by week.

I have used both Size On Max Performance and Size On Pre Contest with Phenorex during my contest prep and saw great results with both. On low carb days I would use Pre Contest and on my carb up days I would use Max Performance.

when i diet with sizeon max, i usually do like 10 min of cardio after lifting to even out the cals.
