Hello Everyone!
This is my new updated cutting log using Olympian Labs Supplements, Reviews will be in order after the course of 8-10 weeks. I plan to get to around 8-9% Body fat in those 8-10 weeks.
My currently Supplement Stack:

-O.L. Max Cuts (3 caps in the morning, 2 Pre-workout)
-O.L. A-AKG POWDER Nitric Oxide Inducer and GH Releaser (1 scoop w/ 8 oz water pre-workout).
-O.L. Arginine & Ornithine (1-3 capsules daily about 1 hr pre-workout)
-O.L. Asta-Krill 8- Joint/Recovery Product 2 with Pre-w/o meal.

The Basics:
-Whey Protein Isolate – 1-2 scoops a day
-Multivitamin- 1 scoop w/ Breakfast, 1 scoop with Dinner
-Fishoils – 2 fishoils with breakfast
-Creatine Monohydrate -3g post workout.
-Vitamin D3 – 1 cap with breakfast, 1 with dinner

Training Experience. 3 years.
Diet Macros-
35% Protein 45% Carbs 20% Fats

Training Split-
Each workout has proper warmups. 10min elliptical and 5min stretching.
Intensity- 3-4 exercises per bodypart, 3-4 sets per exercise, anywhere from 6-12 reps.
45-60sec rest in-between sets.

::Wednesday- REST (light cardio. 1Hr walking trail/biking)

Today i woke up very tired.. Sleep was terrible last night. I suffered through my Chest/Bicep/Ab workout, Using the same preworkout contail. (A-AKG/ Arginine & Ornithine / Max Cuts Pre workout).
First off, all i can say is the workout was still excellent, i pushed it hard and the pump was great! even though I was suffering on the inside.. heh :\
I've already hit my Macros today sadly.. Ate about 2600-2700kcals

Woke up today feeling awesome, got 9 hours of sleep. and got like 5-6 hours the night before. My Legs are still sore as **** from monday, so im debating biking for cardio today.
Weighed in this morning at 217lbs. Assuming this is water from the -500 deficit.
Chest and Biceps are feeling nice and worn out!

Well, today was mostly a rest day. Did a 45min Walk outside.
I had some sweet potato today that had a weird after taste...
got food poisoning from it apparently, and have been puking the past 2 hours. Feeling better now though, loaded up on pepto bismal lol.

Are you sure you are 18? Damn bro. Obviously put some serious time in already. Looks like you have a great base, just need to drop that extra weight. All natural? I don't know if its your height or the pics but legs dont look nearly as developed as rest of your body. HAve you always worked them out? best of luck bro you have a great start. Wish I looked like that at 18.

Yeah Im 18! haha. Thanks a lot man! I appreciate the kind comments, and yes sir, i am all natural, only thing i've ever used that was testosterone enhancing was T-up from Nutrex, but thats about it.

Well guys, yesterday was rough. Food poisoning sucks, to make up for it i consumed about 3000kcals today, because i know i was short yesterday. by a lot.
I didnt get very adequate sleep last night due to stomach pain...so i went into my workout sort of tired, and had no headphones for my ipod (super pissed off). But I pushed through that ****!!!
Today i hit Shoulders/Traps/Triceps and some Cardio
Olympian Labs Pre workout stack kept me focused and the pump was awesome! Definitely see myself getting more vascular everyday.
So far, Max Cuts is probably my favorite fat burner, i use 5 caps daily. 3 in the morning, 2 pre workout.
When combining Max Cuts with the Arginine/Ornithine, and the A-AKG Powder. It just blows up my workout!

I spent a lot of my time in the hospital, My Grandpa has cancer so he is in a lot of pain and i have to help him out. But, nonetheless I didnt forget about my supplementation

Okay guys! Here is todays workout, Energy was freakin fantastic, was focused to kill it! I added another capsule of Arginine/Ornithine to my pre workout stack.
Along with a heaping scoop of A-AKG Powder. I think i found the sweet spot for Olympian Labs Preworkout/Fatloss Products.
Also, i had some knee joint pain, and ever since i've incorporated the O.L. Asta-Krill 8- Joint/Recovery Product. I havent noticed any pain, it feels more lubricated, but will keep checking back in.

So after all this **** i've been through. I'm BACK and on medication. My PH balance in my stomach acid was terrible.
i have to spend the next couple of days clearing waste out of my colon because they believe their is a bacteria harming my stomach acid and its hard for it to digest foods. But i can still work out. I can barely eat due to medication :|

This workout truly was one of the best, the Pump in my chest was INSANE (veins were coming out of my upper chest, which i've never seen before!) These Olympian Labs Preworkout Products are definitely working well.

Took today off, Medication is making my stomach cramp up and can barely walk around cus of the pain.
Hopefully i feel good enough to hit Back/Abs Tomorrow =\

So... Yesterday i went back to the doctor for a follow up.. They found a hernia near my belly button. I plan on going into surgery to get it removed. AFTER i kill this transformation.
So yeah, i plan on getting in the best shape of my life, and then gotta take 4-6 weeks off from lifting :\

Anyone have some advice on the best way to preserve muscle when in post surgery? I want to try to eat at maintenance, keeping protein high, and taking bcaas daily. Anything else?

Okay so i would like to give my take and a review of the following products as i have been using them for 2 weeks.
Max Cuts-
First off, this product is great for energy. I stopped drinking regular coffee in the morning and this works perfectly as a replacement.
Not only that, but it is effective as a pre workout due to its Arginine Alpha- Ketoglutarate, AND lots of other ingredients to promote fat loss.

Okay so these pretty much help aid in muscle pump, i've been taking 3 before every workout. Needless to say my pumps have been amazing!

Once again, this product help increases blood flow to the muscles and nutrient absorption. Its been a big factor in mental focus and muscle pumps. This tastes horrid, but just mix with bcaas or crystal light.

ASTA Krill 8-
Too soon to tell really, but Krill oil is essential and beneficial. Will keep an update on this product as far as joint health goes.

So i had my first workout today and took a little break for about 3-4 days
I'm back in the gym and killed it today!
Pre workout was 3 caps of Arg/Orn, 3 caps max cuts, 1 heaping scoop of a-akg!
Holy Chest Pump.... That is all lol
Weight is now 210.5 lbs as of yesterday!! -10lbs from the start (2 weeks)! Not bad

Welp......i got a second opinion and it seems the infection in my stomach seems to be coming something in my intestine, thus probably the hernia :\

Hey guys! So im still going to focus on the transformation but i wont be able to exercise as much, barely any lifting until 6 weeks after surgery, going under the knife in about 2 weeks. I plan on still losing weight though and using these products.
