    What's up dude. I'm still around here too.

    Haven't really made much forward progress the last month but at the same time, I haven't backepedaled at all in regards to my weight loss which in some aspects for me is a great victory as well.

    I'm going to be pushing really hard this last month towards the first of the year. I want to get down to 200 by the end of December and I think that if I really push myself this will be more than possible.

    About 101 kg i think bit disappointing but had a few injuries holding me back but im feeling good now man and that's all that counts.

    I got March as my goal to get shredded like i feel good atm was at a festival the other day and had girls come up and compliment me but i know i can do better. Hard to shake off that inner fat person when your still a bit chubby.

    Good to hear your still at it man. Just gotta stick at it , we know how to do it just gotta commit to it.

    Thoughts:

    Dat drive serious , i am performing like i have a point to prove atm. Fighting the temptation to weigh in before Friday but i wanna go as hard as possible and see a good positive result on Friday. Im pushing out those final reps and going beyond that and pushing my body hard as phuck.

    Had about a month off for my holidays didn't do to much damage.

    Today feels like im back into it though , changing up my diet a little and increasing my activity level.



    Diet looks like

    6 egg whites /1/2 cup of oats with water - 8.30 am

    Protein Shake with a little milk and water- 11.30 am

    Chicken Breast / Broccoli & sweet potato or packet of veggies 1.30 pm

    Protein Shake with water - 4.30 pm

    Fish/ Tuna with salad- 6:30 pm

    Protein Shake with water- 9:30



    Lift heavy at lunch and do cardio in night or morning. Now the above to me looks a bit bro sciencey but i have seen the results of sticking simple and putting in the hard yards and there is no secret. So im going to run with it for 90 days and have a few exceptions along the way ie for music festivals or nights out.
