I was working out with a buddy of mine and was telling him about how I grew immune to my pre-workout supplement and was asking him about what new things I could try. He recommended finding a supplement that will "reset" my adrenal gland so that I will feel the rush of a pre-workout supplement as if it were the first time ever taking one. He told me about one you could take for a week (without taking a stimulant) and then I could take a pre-workout supplement to feel that same rush. He did not, however tell me the name of the supplement...
Anyone ever hear of this? If so, what are some choices that I have or should look into?
If anyone is curious, the two pre-workout supplements I've tried with the best success are Mesomorph and 1 M.R.

I see a lot of "it is bs yadda yadda" and I'm not saying you are wrong/right but if it is bs why is it so effective. Every time I have ever used Reset-AD/Revamp, I have gotten noticeably more stimmed out and shaky at the same dose of caffeine. Something is definitely happening. Maybe you aren't "resetting" something but something IS happening. Not looking for an e-fight but more some actual science fact to back up it being bs.

I still can't believe people think those things work.
I guess they don't realize that caff. tolerances vary from person to person, so the "reset" time period varies as well.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

Thank you very much, Pinch. I just read the article. So is this what everyone is basing "it being bs" off of? What I took from the article, in regards to its validity, is that there is no scientific proof to back it, or a known way to test for it for that matter. All we have to go off of is our own personal experiences. I will definitely be investigating this more. Hopefully I can pull more info on it's validity or lack thereof.
What I can say is this: I have used Reset-AD/Revamp and both have made me extremely sensitive to stimulants, cutting my normal dose if caffeine in half typically. I noticed a better mood (could be placebo), more focus in and out of the gym. I seem to get a nootropic like effect from it. My ability to concentrate and articulate my thoughts noticeably improve. In the article it talks of shutting off your adrenal glands if you use support supplements. I have NEVER had this happen. I think if my adrenal glands were to stop working, I would notice huge changes in the quality of my life. I may be special. I'm not saying this supports its validity. Just thought it was worth mentioning.
