    Oiye... Use the search button.

Pump/focus between products varies with individuals. Try samples of everything to find the product you like. Personally I like Pump-bol a lot because it has no caffeine. If I had to choose a pre with caffeine I would go with Assault or Superpump Max. Some pre workouts (like Jack3d and Cellucor C4) contain 1,3-Dimethylamylamine, which from my understanding from reading some quick google links, emulates adrenaline and gives you pumps. But it can show up in drug tests if you're an athlete.

As for nutritional value, I don't think this type of supplement is meant to be of more nutritional value than what is needed to give you the 'pump' mentally and physically. If you're looking for nutrition, look at whole foods or other supps like Multis.

I've also heard great things about Creatine Nitrate for pumps. Look at C-bol for that.

i love the older Superpump 250 and seen something on a product called Megaplexx that looks good. I have used about everything and SP was amazing and I am not a fan of the SP MAx or whatever its called, only tried a few samples and well not for me .

ITT people recommend 1.3 DMAA, 300mg caffeine per scoop preworkouts, and Megaplexx to a 16-year old kid.

Just rely on your own high testo levels as that should already give you focus and strength considering your age. You dont want to mess up your CNS or hormone levels at such critical stage of life development for minimal perfomance increase.

Being that your 16 I wouldn't recommend taking a Pre-work out. However, you could still take some caffeine before a workout, even just drinking some coffee.

    Generic answer: You're 16 don't take a preworkout.

Now with that said: If you're still stupid and want to take one, start with something that just has caffeine, beta alanine, and a few other things. Avoid DMAA for now.
