In the morning i had
2scoops of ON whey
1tb of PB(guestimate)
Some oats i sprinkled on top(most just stayed on the bottom though.
estimate to be about: 240+100+50= ~400cal.
for lunch: i had leftovers someoen gave me, idk how to tell exactly how many calories this was.
2sides of brocolli
some seasoned rice
est.: 250+75+150= ~475cal.
1slice of cheese
est: 100+160+80= ~350
then i goof'd and ate a lot of bad stuff:
2.5 pieces of mexsican sweetbread
Total: 400+475+175+350+800= 2,200calories

est: 300+260= 560

Dinner will probably be same as yesterday:
5 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 slice of cheese
est: 100+160+80= ~350cal.
total cal: 240+250+560+120+350= 1520cal. with about about 140g of protein.
this is too low..now aiming for 2k cals...so i will add another 500.
also add an a whole egg instead of just the white for 60cal plaus another egg+ 4 pieces of toast with spread for ~400ish
total will be ~1900
i had a bowl od oats with water/splenda/cinimmon
1 scoop whey with water
after workout i ate a sammich with 80cal breadsx2 and 6 pieces of deli meat with mayo and mustard.
will cal totals later
for dinner: 1.5 cups of ground beef and 1.5 cups of pinto beans.
estimated to be about 1k calories... i wouldnt think it would be that much.
ON whey: 120
half oatmeal bar: 75
bread (2): 160
deli meat: 250
120+150+75+160+45+250+1000= ~1800cal. for the day may be slightly more.
