    Higher Reps for Cutting?

    Higher reps while cutting or Lower? I know to lower calories 500 and reduce carbs.

    I would stick to lower reps to maintain strength, because lower reps equals more strength but less mass higher reps equal more mass, but less strength. Other people could argue differently though so whatever you feel you get better results from.
