    I haven't done "Crazy" leg workouts really but I thought I was pretty crazy after drop setting the angled leg press 5 times starting with my 1rm. It felt good afterwards man....

    10x10 squats last monday only on 176lbs (1-2 min rest inbetween each set), I had doms until Saturday.

    Warmup with stairmaster(toughest setting...5 minutes.)

    Leg extension(5 sets...250-300 pounds)

    Leg curls(5 sets...IDK poundage)

    Lying leg curls(5 sets)

    Calr Raises(3 sets...16-20 reps)

    LP(4 sets...probably over 500 pounds each set...90 pound increase every set)

    Hack Squats(3 sets)

    And I squatted 225 pounds till i could not continue. 4 full sets to failure...(Reppage wasnt counted...but i can say that it was incoherently painful)

    "Friends dont let friends train friends on leg day."

    And three days later...I still fear steps.

    Squats 10x10 superset with Leg Extensions for 6x10 and SLDLs 4x8 supersetted with Leg Curls 4x10 --- Legs failed me for about 2.5 weeks but it helped bust my plateau
    Fav 3 lifts: Close grip bench, Squats, and Deadlifts

    bench: 225 (10/9/2010)
    squat: 325 (may2010)
    deadlift 275x5 (april2010)

    goal: to be razor sharp cut while being as strong as possible
