Does anyone know how much caff is in Lit-UP?

Im looking to get something new and I work out at 4am so I need something that wakes me up and this stuff looks pretty good.

In the scheme of stim pre workouts, LITup is relatively low. Higher stim content would be Animal Rage, Assault, which is ~300mgs/ scoop (1 scoop=1 serving for rage, 1 scoop=2 servings of assault)

I was just reading on Rage and that sounds pretty good.
Ive been a White flood guy forever but Im looking to try something new.

Rage is very good, lots of solid reviews, and if your a WF guy, it also has no creatine, so it fits right in.

WF is similar in caffeine content to LITup if I'm not mistaken, but they are both known for smooth, good energy. Rage is more intense focus and stronger energy for sure due to the higher caffeine content. I'm assuming you want to avoid 1,3, like most informed consumers.

You nailed it. I hate 1,3 cause of the crash. White flood has always hit me good so if this is even stronger then Im set!

I believe FWF has said between 100mg and 125mg per scoop.

Thanks guys. Im going back and forth form Lit up to Rage but with the price on Whey Cheap it wont hurt to give this a try.

Just remember with Lit-Up you can take 2 servings at once, but DON'T take more than 1 serving of Rage at a time.

This is a great point. I always do 2 scoops of LITup but 1 scoop of rage is a true serving. So the value is, obvious. You can find LITup cheap today on WC but Rage can be found for as low as like 26.

Yeah holy hell...... i thought it was claimed as being light on stims. at any rate 170 is still pretty high. But i still love you Lit-up

This can't be right, I've done 2 scoops of LITup and 1 of Rage. Very surprised if this is right...

My favorite phrase of all time. Used to justify either really high or really low caffeine content of products. Hopefully the average consumer reading these posts are aware that coffee not only varies in caffeine content depending on type/brew, but a 12oz "cup" is the same as a 32 oz "cup". Clearly 12 =/= 32, but a cup=cup.

According to some reps, Animal Rage has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.

And cuts has about as much caffeine per serving as two cups of coffee. Cuts has twice the amount of Rage??

Yes as i said in my previous post, im a little disappointed that it claims to be low-stim but to get its full benefits you need 2 scoops and that throws it past all the heavy stim products.
