why are you deadlifting for shoulders. It works your lower back, hamstrings and glutes.I say axe them on your shoulder day and perform them heavier on back day.

If your gonna deadlift 2 times a week consider trying out a powerlifting routine

you going heavy, heavy or heavy light? Do you do just one body part every session?

Anywho i'd say back and leg day if anything. Heavy on back day and a lil lighter on leg day.

I don't know about twice a week. DLs leave me sore as **** for atleast 2-3 days. Meaning, if you did DL on Monday you'd be sore til Wed/Thursday. So if you did DL again on that day you wouldn't recover until Fri/Sat. DL go on my back day, but if I miss them for some reason I'll throw them onto my leg day.

Deaflits are really taxing on your central nervous system if you're doing them heavy and correctly. For that reason most people only do them once a week on back day, or lower if they do upper/lower splits.
Also, I see no reason to do dead lifts on shoulder day.
They work your traps, but their isn't too much deltoid involvement.
