    Hands/palms hurt during dumbbell Press

    I'm doing 8 kilos only on a dumbbell press while lying down for chest, i can do around 10 reps before my HANDS get tired, i can keep going with chest, but my hands get ****ed up, they just start aching...form is perfect, weight isn't heavy, anyone know anything?

    Perhaps those athletic gloves might work...

    Yes, im only doing a warm up, can do around 15 kilos, but the pain is still there, only while doing dumbbell press though..very strange.

    your hands are not used to support that weight. they will be acostomed to having heavy on them very fast, but you need to give them good recovery time.
