Can someone tell me how Jack3d is? How do you feel when you're on it? How long did it take before you noticed to see results? Do you cycle on and off with it? An overall review of it would be nice. Thanks!

Its good for the price, Vitamin Shoppe sells it for $20 on sale all the time. It gives you lots of energy and motivation for about an hour. About 10-15 mins after taking it, my skin started tingling. I got pretty hard pumps off of it but always drained after I finish my workout. Sometimes I have a hard time sleeping at night as well from the stims in jack3d.

Do some research about it though man, theres probably 100+ threads about Jack3d. I would recommend trying different pre supps to see which one suits you the best. My fav is probably white flood.

I've recently started taking it, don't expect incredible gains in your lifts from it but it does help you get that extra rep or two and it gives you a lot more energy, when I get to the end of my workout I still feel like I have energy to keep going. I've had better pumps on it also. You will also have to cycle it though, your body will build up a tolerance to it and you will have to take more and more and eventually you will stop feeling it at all. When this happens you should take 2-4 weeks off of stimulants all together, if you want a preworkout while you are cycling off of stims you could use pump-bol.

I just started taking this yesterday. I had a good workout yesterday and today.
Of course, you get a small jittery feeling, and it also gives you that nervous feeling for a while after too.
From what everyone has said to me who has taken it, they all loved it. I did find that I felt the crash from it yesterday and today. I actually fell asleep about 2 hours after my workout.
Overall, in regards to my workouts so far, I like it. But again, it's only my second day in.

I really liked the stuff. I bought a tub but I'm only going to take the minimum amount from now on, if I'll even take it at all. I had adverse effects from the 1,3 dime in it, which made it impossible to achieve an erection. (embarrassin') They call it "stimdick" so just watch out for that. I think it's temporary anyway and wouldnt be toooo concerned over it.
As far as my workouts went, it did seem to help out.

One of the most overhyped/over rated supps out there IMO.Personally after taking jack3d,I will never take a pre with 1,3 again because of what Hunter said about it.Stimdick sucks.

Ok jack3d is proably the simplest pre-workout formula out there and there are not a bunch of additives.
What you have is Creatine which will make it easier to lift which you probably already know about.
The second ingredient is Caffeine which basically just gets your blood pumping and makes you want to workout.
The effects depend on how hard you workout.

lots of energy but i always get a huge crash after my workout which kind of sucks.

I give it good ratings.. I get great pumps from it and surprisingly I don't crash as hard as some experience.. I workout at night around 830pm and after taking it I still have energy right until I go to bed around 1-2am. I also don't have problems with trying to sleep..

I've been using it for years now. No stim-d1ck or anything. I like the jitters preWO it gets me going. Good pumps too. I've tried Controlled Labs white Flood, Gaspari Super pump, Fizogen Blast cycle, Muscle Tech nano-vapor & nano X9, MRI black powder, BSN No-xplode, Cytogenics CytoNox.
Of them all I like jack3d and white flood. both are good.
