I started taking 1-ad a couple weeks ago to help with my summer cutting cycle. I had good results from a 1-ad cycle back at the beginning of the year while bulking. Although the total weight gain wasn’t huge, almost none of the weight was fat or water and I kept all of the gains (actually even gained a little more muscle during the post cycle).
I had two side effects though that became a problem towards the end of my long (8 week) cycle last time. I had trouble sleeping and suffered a noticeable loss in libido. I am taking ZMA to help with my sleeping and I am going to do two 5-week cycles (with 5 weeks off in between) instead of the one long cycle. I don’t want to add in any 4-ad because I think I’ll hold more water.
Any other ideas what would help with these two issues?
My stats: 6’, 198lbs, 40yo, lifting serious about 4 years
