Tomato tuna soup that you prepare yourself
One can of tuna is going to net about 150 calories, and tons of protein; add this into a thin tomato soup that you spice up yourself (Net around 50 calories, unless you add milk or a creamier base, in which case you'll get 125 calories just about)

There was a great thread on cutting a while back, about calculating cal's and wieght / fat loss, BF, ect. I cant find it, but it really helped a newb like me try to plan my diet based on my workouts. Anyone have that link for reps?
