Andy was a legend, but I think his time has come and gone. He hasnt been doing much of anything lately and he had to back out and cancel the andy bolton deadlift challenge. Benni looks like he will get 1,050 in a few months no problem

"Russian ear twist". Or at least that's what my buddy calls them who taught me it. He saw it at IPF worlds one year and has been doing it since. He's done it to me before, it's actually quite painful and gets you pissed. He trains with Brad Gillingham and Brad does it too.

A lot of people do the ears thing

a lot of people say its not ideal for someone who sucks at the lift's technique to get overly aroused beforehand. But for someone who has reached expert status they can be a lot more aroused becuase good technique is their natural tendency now.


Could've find an example of one related to athletics showing its modulated by experience. But the entire curve shifts to the right as experience increases
