XF overrated

I have not had an XF that clumps in a shaker cup, and the only one I've had that clumps with spoon mix was the mochachino whey

Also, get a blender bottle. I have yet to meet a protein powder that clumps with a thorough shake in a blender bottle.

Try using a shaker cup and not a cup w/ spoon. But saying they are overrated because it clumps makes no sense.

Never had clumps when mixing in a shaker. Anytime you're mixing 18-25g of powder in a glass sized milk/water portion, you should realise how difficult it is to smooth it in.

this is madness! I recently got a couple of tubs of UP 2.0 and it has definitely lived up to the hype! This stuff is amazing! The taste is on a whole other leverl, and clumping or any problems like that are non existent! Full disclosure I mix mine in a shaker, but milk or water it doesnt matter, it mixes thoroughly and like i said the taste is just incredible!

This. Anyway, I would think for most the taste and protein quality is what is important. XF uses cold-processed USA-sourced proteins and taste is one of the best!

I wish they would offer a cinnamon roll in their whey version. Their UP 2.0 version of that is one of my favorites.

I'm aware, but if you contact the blender bottle company, they will make them with whatever logo you want.

Besides, change it a little and try to improve it, then the patent isn't an issue.

you can try this approach:
-Pour the milk in first and after dump in 2 scoop of the protein into the shaker and shake it.

or

-pour around 4oz of milk/water into the shaker followed by 2 scoop of protein. Use spoon to stir it until the protein mixed well and fill more milk in the shaker. Shake and drink.

Not 1 issue with texture shaking it in a 32oz powerade bottle. whey= decent, up2.0= underrated

I completely disagree. I LOVE XF Whey and have been using it for a few years now. I've always bought the 10 lb. bags.

I am finishing up a bag of Chocolate now and it tastes amazing and mixes just fine. Several of my friends have actually switched to XF after trying it. I think it smells and tastes like brownies.

As for mixability, I always mix mine in a plastic cup with a spoon to save from buying and dirtying shaker cups and I don't have any trouble with it. If there's a small clump here and there, it's actually a good thing.

Yes, it clumps and foams...even with the Blender bottle.

But the taste is FAR from being overrated.

Arctic Lemonade is so good, it actually satisfies my sweet tooth.

There'll be times when it clumps and I'll chew on it and it feels like I'm eating a yellow Skittle lol.

Mixing anything with a spoon has the same properties as mixing it with your finger. If you don't have access to a blender bottle, use a fork as the seperation between tongs will allow for a much better mix.

Our 2.0 has never once clumped up for me (the powder is ultra fine)(shake the cinnroll and then after you put it down open the tub, a cinn cloud comes up, lol) so I guess you are talking about the whey. The lemonade is the only one that this has happened to me with and the clumps like said above are very small and tasty
