    Greek Yogurt!

For the past two months now I have been eating Chobani Greek Yogurt. Not only is this stuff good, it's also addictive. It's also very healthy for you and makes a great breakfast if you have it with other things like bananas. I Just want to say that I'm a huge fan of Geek Yogurt now!

I want to hear what other members like you have to say about it.

Yes the price is a little high, but most things good for you are unfortunately. My favorite is blueberry and pineapple.

I like Chobani plain; I mix it with XF 2.0, freeze it for an hour and it reminds me of soft serve. Local store has them for $.80 this week Stock up time.

Hey stop being rude to me! No negativity on this post. Plus none of your post are about the yogurt. Say something about the yogurt or don't say anything at all.

Trader joe's has it's own greek yogurt that is an acceptable subtitute for when chobani or F A G E are not on sale at my regular grocery store.
I really do not enjoy paying almost $7 for a tub of yogurt.

How is it anymore special than whey, egg whites, chicken, beef, eggs, etc? Just a different source of protein. Did you know that too much greek yogurt can make you fat?!//1?1

You're overlooking the fact that chicken and beef are a more expensive source of calories than, say, a 2L bottle of pepsi, a box of cheap cookies, or canned processed spaghetti dinners.

Whole foods (which I would say are considered "healthy foods") are definitely more expensive.

were talking about protein and not carbs which tend to be relatively cheap.

I'm sorry if you misunderstood me Cumulonimbus, I was just trying to affirm Fables' thread by saying that it is a good source of protein.
It clearly is, but not always as good as the other foods you mentioned
    Have a nice day

    Okay....and???

A healthy diet is high in protein. High protein foods are more expensive than ones that don't contain protein. Therefore it is more expensive to eat a "healthy" diet

    What am I missing here?
