    Question Protein powder + greek yogurt

    Anyone suggest a good protein powder to use as a mix in with greek yogurt? I was thinking XF's lemon cream pie + vanilla greek yogurt. Any other suggestions that have worked well for you?

    AWESOME! I have the XF cinnamon roll one already so I'll try it. An XF rep on here is sending me several other flavors to try so I'll see how the Chocolate PB one tastes as well. Yoplait makes a lemon parfait yogurt (100 calories) that would be awesome with their LCP flavor I think...

    i like personally love XF chocolate mint + chunky natty PB + plain cherrios + Greek yogurt. that is my favorite way to mix it

    edit: i forgot blue berries. i also enjoy blue berries in it

    I really enjoy Vasolate Strawberry, CPB, and Banana in Vanilla Honey Greek Yogurt. Especially when you let it sit in the fridge for a bit, then it has an almost cheesecake consistency. Of course, since Dave from XF did the flavoring for both, UP2 and Vasolate will have pretty similar textures.

    XF LCP + Chobani plain is something I use pretty often.

    Other favorites are Myofusion Chocolate or Chocolate peanut butter with a tablespoon of Skippy Natural Peanut Butter.

    Chobani plain has very similar macros to cottage cheese and tastes FAR better, IMO.

    I'm slowly finding ways to add protein supplements into the foods I already love to balance out my macros. Thinking of using XF 2.0 banana in banana yogurt or vanilla as well. Never tried Vasolate thou!

    XF cinnamon roll + greek yogurt (I use trader joes brand) + 1 packet splenda. Mix in a bowl and then put into a mini graham cracker pie crust and freeze for 30 minutes.

    I've gotten really lucky. My wife has found a discount grocer near our house and they sell cases of Dannon Greek Yogurt that's near the expiration for anywhere from $1 to $1.99 per case.

    UPDATE: I mixed 1 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt + 2 scoops of XP ultra peptide cinnamon roll. So thick! It's like I'm eating cinnamon sugar frosting out of the jar. Only problem is its so filling I have to take breaks from eating it. Would be a GREAT hunger killer for someone on a calorie deficit.

    The yogurt I used is Brown Cow Vanilla. I personally like the XF cinnamon flavor best with a packet of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal. Slightly better macros using oatmeal too. This "sludge" is so filling Ive been eating a little here and a little there for over 4 hours!
