    Question Is FitDay on crack?

    Per FitDay the 4 cups of broccoli I just ate has 410 calories, 20g of fat and 17g of protein.

    A different website says a cup of broccoli has 34 calories (34 x 4 =/= 410), 0.4g fat and 2g protein.

    Is FitDay assuming I dissolved a whole stick of butter in the broccoli or what? All it says is "Broccoli, cooked".
    I've been cold at the podium since break-dancing on linoleum.

    I use the MyFitnessPal for the iPhone (they have a website too, i believe) and it's been pretty good so far. I'm not measuring everything on a scale, but the approximate numbers I'm getting seem to make sense. Plus, it has a lot of Canadian items in the database as well.

    Is it fresh broccoli that you're cooking or is it frozen? If its fresh search Broccoli, raw and if its frozen just put it in customly using the nutrition facts on the bag.

    Always use the "raw" option when it comes to veggies on fitday. For some reason fitday automatically assumes you dump your veggies in a vat of butter when you cook them.
