Per FitDay the 4 cups of broccoli I just ate has 410 calories, 20g of fat and 17g of protein.
A different website says a cup of broccoli has 34 calories (34 x 4 =/= 410), 0.4g fat and 2g protein.
Is FitDay assuming I dissolved a whole stick of butter in the broccoli or what? All it says is "Broccoli, cooked".

Is FitDay on crack?
I've been cold at the podium since break-dancing on linoleum.

Fresh broccoli purchased at the local open air market in Shanghai, China.
Steamed.
Don't really care about the nutrition values, but I was curious. When this popped up, I laughed out loud. Figured I'd share. I've heard great things about MyFitnessPal though.I've been cold at the podium since break-dancing on linoleum.

Weird. For some reason, the only listing on FitDay for broccolli is one that's "batter-dipped and fried"

Just go to nutritiondata.com or something and get the real nutrition info and add it as a custom food.
