His hams are still insane. They have as much peak as his biceps. Ronnies atrophyed lat is still better than anyone elses onstage now. But its his total lack of tris and hugely reduced shoulders that are weird. haha everytime a video gets posted of him I wonder what he would look like onstage again. I really think he has one show left in him, not the O but some smaller show. he should just show up and compete. That will send his stacks through the roof

Honestly... Ronnie knows he could never come back but just says it for publicity IMO. He looks terrible... his arms look small as his gut is overpowering... He dont look like he can hold poses as it takes alot to do so... i just think his age has caught up to him....
Ronnie will always hold the name for being the king of bodybuilding but i think it should remain like that because if he actually does "One of those Olympia's coming up".... Jay, Kai, Phil... even dexter who's slowly expiring will place higher and he will no longer be the king

Ronnie's days are over, he hasn't got it in him anymore. He has sagged and hardening up will be close to impossible. He would have to really abuse the drugs to get back in shape. Not worth it imho. He should even quit guest posing, ruining the king Coleman picture in everyone's head. He's doing great for his age but lets face it, do you want remember Coleman with a peak physique, or a saggy guest poser with a gut and injuries?

I'm one of the biggest Ronnie fans out there. Ronnie is still a beast, but he doesn't even attempt the rear latspread. He just puts his hands on his waist. He's been doing this ever since 06'. Is it because he can't spread his lats any more or he just poses like that on purpose?

How will he not be the king if he competes at 47 just for the hell of it and loses? He took 4th in 2007 to Jay, Victor and Dexter already yet he's still the GOAT. Nothing he can do will take away from his reign as the king.
Also, he isn't holding poses the way he needs to because he doesn't practice posing daily like he would if he was prepping for a contest. He just comes out and does his routine for some money. If he competed I'm sure he'd take it more seriously and practice his posing.

What are you even talking about? I don't think you even know what you are saying. First off, he is in offseason shape right now, so that is why he's not as conditioned as you are used to seeing him. If we chose to, he could strip the fat and harden up to whatever degree he chose to...age has NOTHING to do with this...it is called dieting down.
People will ALWAYS remember Coleman with a "peak physique"..the GREATEST OF ALL TIME..and his guest posing condition that he displays now is not going to change that. Like I said, if he wanted to compete again, he could get conditioned. And NO, he shouldn't quit guest posing or doing anything else he is doing. Guest posing is excellent for your muscles and is a part of what helps keep him in shape even though he is 47. The guy is a bodybuilding legend and displays incredible mass and condition for being his age and not training seriously for competitions, etc. Any pro would love to remain in his kind of shape after retirement. Come on now, give him some credit.================================

That's only because you have seen a legend compete when he was in his prime, and now he is not in his prime and retired. Just like it will be sad to see Jay in his "less-than-prime" condition years later after he retires from the Olympia stage.
It also depends on how you look at it. For me, I think it's inspirational to see someone who is 47 and still doing their thing. He loves bodybuilding so much and will probably always workout and be involved in it someway, somehow..Ronnie has drive and passion...(and crazy genetics)..all of which were the very thing that drove him to be the GOAT! I love seeing Ronnie do his thing..whether it be on the Olympia stage or guest posing. He could of chosen to just hang up the posing trunks and not lift at all anymore and fade away..but he's still hardcore, huge, and loving bodybuilding! I think it's ****ing awesome!================================
