Hey there-
I've been training for a while now, come down from 115kg to my now, much leaner 97.5 kg 6'3 self. (Full natural)
I have 24 weeks remaining till my first novice comp, already on strict dieting and cardio sessions and slashing weight away.
But, the question remains- do I have enough muscle hiding under my 15%bf to take this comp out? Shall i skip this one and go back to building more mass?
All opinions appreciated.

I'd say you're over 15% in the pictures. If I were you, I'd keep cutting down until you get below 10%. Then start back to building and reevaluate where you are after another year of mass building. It just doesn't look like you have a lot of muscle mass right now.
That said, if you've got dreams of competing and are dead set on doing it now, then do it. You won't be very competitive the way you are now but some people just want to get up on stage the first time and prove to themselves that they can do it.
