Refeeds
So I have seen this here and there... if anyone can point me in the right direction of a thread or something I have overlooked... please do....
questions... what is refeed? Is this something while on a cut? How many / often???
what is the benefit of it? and purpose???

How many, how often, how much is too individualized. It's best to go by how you feel and your results. If what you are doing is working, don't change anything! If you've plateaued for 3-4 weeks, it's definitely time. I wouldn't use a refeed as an excuse to eat. I would use it for plateaus and when your body signals that it needs one.
