Body by Design anyone?

I'm getting ready to start the Body by Design program next week - was wondering if anybody else is about to start or recently started and would like to provide mutual accountability and support?

I'm getting ready to start the Body by Design program next week - was wondering if anybody else is about to start or recently started and would like to provide mutual accountability and support?

i'm actually starting it on Monday! I took about 3 weeks off from lifting and was just being a cardio bunny. i'm so excited to get back to the weights and make some changes.
i'm not sure if i'll be doing the morning cardio every single day, i am going to try though. and on the weekends, i will only be doing cardio once.
