Personally I have some fruit with my casein, cottage cheese and yoghurt mixture. Usually an apple or some grapes.
Not sure if this is the best option but I don't see how fruit can be "bad" for u

Do you drink your casein with milk? Because if so then you can add in a fruit or a chocolate syrup.

But on a srs note, I like greek yogurt. 20g protein along with 18g carbs plus it provides a great texture. Check out the sludge thread

why not worry about a fat man? i mean, i'm pretty sure that slows the digestion even more in conjunction with the casein, so why not go for a milk/casein/peanut butter mix?

I prefer the new Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup casein. It has been working wonders for me. You should give it a try.
