The arch is a safe way to lift and should be used in comp.
It how ever does improve the amount of weight lifted from flat bench
I'm just saying the 2 DIFFERENT lifts are not comparable flat and arch thats all now. (not cheating)
From what I've read most should at least agree with that.

In comp I will most likely lift pl style as I've been told good leg drive and arch should add some decent weight to my bench.

"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
