Have I gained enough for 10 months time?

I've been working out for about 10 months now, closing in on a year..do I look like I've gained much? First pic is from the 20th of June, 2010, and the second pic is from the 31st of March of 2011.

Not too sure. It doesn't look like much muscle gain but it's really hard to tell from your pics. What are your before and after weight etc? What was your diet like?

    diet?

doesnt seem like you're eating enough, you should have been able to put on more during 10 months.

Whats your diet like ? You need to up your protein and overall calorie intake for real gains. You should be eating every 2 hours and taking in protein not just through shakes but real food as well .
    Strongman/Powerlifter

    Height - 5' 6"
    Weight - 237#

Squat , Squat and Squat , and when you are so sick of Squatting you wanna puke . Go puke and Squat some more.
