I'm at the end of the first week of Kris Gethin's 12-week training. Man, is it brutal. I have legs on a f*cking Sunday - I have NEVER been to a gym on a Sunday since 2006. Already hungry and sick of eating every two hours just to keep the body running. I may not make it the full 12 weeks. Not because of willpower but if I reach a weight and appearance where I am satisfied with it, I'm done, even if it's only week 9.
Will take my first weigh-in tomorrow morning. Hopefully I'll have good news to share.The thing I like least about the treadmill is that I can't run from my farts. -- Source unknown

Id say about 11-13 ish %. Probably somewhere in the middle. If you went and got bod podded, it would make your life 10 times easier as 1. your not shooting in the dark for how many lbs you need to lose 2. Tracking (making sure you are losing bf and not muscle) 3. being realistic. Some of the guys in this thread have no idea how many lbs they actually need to be before they are 7-8% (aka think they have alot more muscle than they actuaklly do, and have alot more fat than they think) bf. Its alot harder than most think.

If you have excess fat you want to get rid of, why wouldn't you?
Also respect other peoples goals. He has maybe already reached his goal amount of muscle mass. Not everyone has the same goal as you.
