Before everyone calls me dumb and rages, I know I am oversimplifying it, but isn't this really the essence of a dirty bulk?
If you were dirty bulking, could you technically eat 5 slices of pizza (1500 calories approx) by yourself everyday, get the right amount of protein and fiber through other means and still get the required calories you need?

If you hit your macro numbers and are getting proper nutrition, sure.
However, since the most you can hope in a month's time is to gain about 2 pounds of muscle (and that's if you're doing it right in the gym and not just dicking around), a dream/dirty bulk has the potential to put on a LOT of fat with some muscle. Unless, of course, you are making sure that you're not eating too much.

usually dirty bulk just refers to eating an excessive surplus of calories.
And thus gaining more fat than you would bulking cleanly. (you won't gain more muscle either).
Eating junk food while bulking and fitting it to your macro's is different, and fine for the most part.
Obviously myriad health issues related to poor nutrition might affect you if your entire diet is low-nutrient junk food for a long time.

All "dirty bulking" aka dreamer bulk is, is eating your face off and gaining weight unnecessarily fast...noticeably past the point of returns for building muscle...meaning you could east less, gain weight more slowly, grow just as much muscle and not bring as much fat along if you were more calculated and controlled.
And what's wrong with pizza, anyway?
