The Review

Mixability: 10/10
Absolutely no problems with mixing or settling. Very Good.

Taste: 7/10
Like was recommended, I mixed the serving with about 6 oz. of water which, IMO, was perfect. When I increased my serving size to 1 ½ scoops, I obviously increased the water too. The orange flavor kind of resembles an orange creamsicle, which I think is really good. Awesome taste, without a bad aftertaste.

Effects: 9/10
I have been taking C4 Extreme for about two weeks now, so I could truly experience it before I critiqued it. First, I took 1 serving approximately 30 minutes prior to touching my first weight. I did feel the effects from only 1 serving; however, I personally think 1 ½ is the perfect dose, which is how I have been dosing it from day 2. I started noticing its effects about 20-25 minutes after consuming it. I started a new workout program last week, German Volume Training (GVT), which is a pretty intense workout. My focus has been awesome throughout the entire workouts. For those of you who are familiar with GVT, you know that its a lot of supersets with the addition of negatives. So, obviously this type of workout will result in a pretty good pump. With the addition of C4 Extreme, however, the pumps and vascularity were huge!! Also, the energy from C4 Extreme is great. Its smooth and drawn out, with no crashing afterwards. It doesn't seem at all to be stimmed out either, which is definitely a plus. As far as strength, I have been getting steadily stronger throughout the past two weeks. This could be due to the new workout, and shocking the muscles. However, C4 Extreme could definitely be contributing to this. IMO, the addition of Creatine Nitrate will have a big impact on the supplement. This is an awesome pre-workout at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend giving it a shot!

I highly recommend it my man! Not only is it a legit product, but it is light on your wallet too. While in college, this is a huge plus.
