    Cable Crossover/Pulldown Recommendations Please?

I'm looking to add one last piece of equipment to my home gym so I'm hoping you guys can give me some recommendations. I'm looking for an adjustable cable crossover with a pulldown station. I can do without the seated row station but it's not a deal breaker. This Legend Fitness one is pretty sweet but I'd like to know what other options I have so please make some suggestions. Thanks!

I have a custom one pretty close to like that, made by Williams Strength for EliteFTS. It's just like the one seen in DeFranco's gym tour video - link below.

It's awesome. I've used Life Fitness, Icarian/Precor and Paramount setups like that as well - all rock solid. I'm a huge fan of Atlantis now as well, so I'd check them out too. Depends on how much you want to pay...I guess, they're all gonna be nice and likely similar footprints.

Something else I should mention is that my room only has about a 16ft width and I have to fit the the cross over with in this 16ft so the pulldown station has to be positioned like the one linked above and not out to the side. Thanks!

Yup, mine is laid out exactly like the one in the photo. It the lat pull and low row are both in the front, not the side. He just has two (lat pull/low row) on each tower so one happens to be on the side. Mine, on the other hand, has one on each tower. That's why his are out to the side. Mine is currently disassembled while I am building my gym, but I can give you a pic of how the towers are.

On the width, mine is 14-15 feet. The cross member is about 10' and the towers width is like 2-2.5' I think most are under or near that mark. I think with 16 feet you'll be fine. I'm not pushing you towards getting a custom one from Williams/EliteFTS, just saying they make a great one. I'd really check out all those brands I mentioned and check out their jungle setups. I really don't think you could go wrong with any top brand...

I'd look for a height adjustable cable cross. The Body-Solid Deluxe Cable Crossover is one example:

The product literature claims that it has 20 different height adjustments, but I think that's just 10 per side.

Obviously, it doesn't include a lat machine, but perhaps you have room for a separate unit?
