I'm teaching at a school in China and there's no gym for miles around. Don't ask.
There is a door frame I can do pull ups and chins up off of though, does anyone know any good pull up only progressions?

Do more pullups each successive workout day
Do pullups throughout the day - every couple of hours do a set
Don't do too many days in a row - every other day is fine
Do pushups too
Progress at a pace you can manage - many programs on the internet will be ridiculously fast. Most Recent Lifts:
