    What would be counted as the safest pre-workout for teens

    I know their not meant for teens etc....

    But hypothetically, which would be the safest

    And i know that diet + sleep + training intensity = win, just if you know, please answer the question

    Sigh, if your going to take anything.. I would look into non stim, do I reccomend a pre workout (or anything beyond protein/multi's) for kids your age...no, so I wont given that I hope any sensible person doesnt either. (Sorry to burst your bubble)

    Water is probably the safest and one of the more important ingredient pre/intra workout.

    Whatever you choose to do, try to avoid or limit stim (including caffeine).

    against common belief, i believe you would like N02 platinum by MRI and it would be safe. I tried it when I was 17 and i felt great while taking it. it may have been my mind tricking me but take it for what it's worth. I honestly think you shouldn't waste your money...yet

    Previous recommendations of proper nutrition and perhaps some coffee are spot on.

    Some quality carb source, electrolytes, potassium and maybe some mild stimulant. That's the basic mix. Gatorade would be another decent option.

    Lots of water through out your day and Gatorade has a high carb drink now you might wana drink that on days where you may not have had enough to eat prior to your workout.

    I honestly didn't even try pre's until i was 19. You shouldnt take em if your under 18 I mean i always had energy and was intense even without it Preworkout just a bit of icing on cake that being said yea a Non-stim one or just a coffee and banana or gatorade cause if you can't go hard without a stim you wont even wanna workout without it
