But hypothetically, which would be the safest
And i know that diet + sleep + training intensity = win, just if you know, please answer the question

against common belief, i believe you would like N02 platinum by MRI and it would be safe. I tried it when I was 17 and i felt great while taking it. it may have been my mind tricking me but take it for what it's worth. I honestly think you shouldn't waste your money...yet

I honestly didn't even try pre's until i was 19. You shouldnt take em if your under 18 I mean i always had energy and was intense even without it Preworkout just a bit of icing on cake that being said yea a Non-stim one or just a coffee and banana or gatorade cause if you can't go hard without a stim you wont even wanna workout without it
