I always get headaches if i'm not drinking enough or if i'm taking too much caffeine.
Are you taking a fat burner or a pre workout supplement? Maybe it's because of the caffeine in there. If not i would see the doctor.

I get a few days worth of headaches every time I start a cut. Seems to be related to carb intake.

My suspicion is that when ketones start to enter your blood, they can cause headaches until the body gets used to them. I know that ketones are implicated in hangover headaches (alcohol metabolises into ketone bodies)
