    My arms aren't getting bigger?

    I feel my arms are lacking, I've been doing this program for almost a month now but I feel everything else has gotten bigger except for my arms..

    the workout is:
    Workout A:
    Squats: 3 sets of 6-8 reps
    Bench Press: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
    Rows: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
    Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
    Leg Extension: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
    Hamstring Curl: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
    Biceps Curls: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
    Side Lateral Raises: 2 sets of 10-12 reps

    Workout B:
    Deadlifts: 3 sets of 6-8 reps
    Incline Press: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
    Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
    Lunges: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
    Upright Rows: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
    Skull Crushers: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
    Calf Raises: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
    Crunches: 2 sets of 10-12 reps

    The only work you're doing to isolate bi's and tri's are curls and SC for 2 sets?

    Yeah I know its pretty little, but my friend who did this workout had no problems getting bigger doing exactly what it says there.

    Eat more. Add some close grip bench, some BB curls/preacher curls, chins/pullups and weighted dips.

    I eat a lot actually and have been gaining 1lb every week so far. The workout doesn't seem ****ty on the other parts of my body, just my arms. What workout would you recommend for mass then? I already did SS for a good while.
