    what body type do you think I am?

    Hey,

    I have a little bit of stomach fat, but I eat a lot and don't seem to gain much weight, but do gain some. I started working out around a month ago and see some good gains already in my biceps (I'm doing SS, so I don't directly work biceps, however I do some occasional bicep work at school) and other muscles. I'm 6"6, rectangular shaped body. I'm leaning towards meso, but I'm not sure. Any opinions would be great, or questions if necessary.

    Also if I was meso would I want to include cardio into my SS workouts?

    What Is Your Body Type?

    Your score is 2.

    Your body is closest to a Mesomorph. You have a naturally fit body but to maintain it or improve it you should exercise and diet correctly for your type. Strength training can be done more often and for longer sessions then would be good for an Ectomorph, but you must still be carefull not to overdo it. You should train with moderate to heavy weighs and at a moderate pace, not resting too long between sets. You will find you gain muscle quite easy (some women and even men might not want to get too bulky, but this won't happen suddenly. When you are happy with your muscle size simply train to maintain it). Stick to a good healthy diet to keep you lean and muscular, and watch for any slow creeping fat gains. Engage in and enjoy aerobic activities, sports, etc. but do not overdo.
    I got this, so I guess I'm meso? I'm gonna try to take a few more tests if I can find some.

    If I was a meso, when should I do cardio? I'd prefer to do it on training days, after my SS workout if possible.

    You do sound to have a naturally big physique then at 6"6 and 210lbs. You could probably bulk normally on a caloric surplus unless you really do have a lot of belly fat, which it then might be better to cut. Just hard to really say without pics.

    I don't have very much belly fat, maybe a couple inches.

    I am gonna bulk for now anyway, I'll probably look ridiculous if I cut now. Anyway, thanks a lot for your help.

    One more q: should I do cardio every workout or like every 2/3 workouts?
