    model abs only look good if you have the rest of your body to go with it. If you only train abs they stick out further then your chest you will look retarded

    started weighin in at 132 pounds, 4 months down the line of just adjusting my diet (perfectly, means no drinking or sugar!) and bamm they started to apear, i didnt even do any cardio because of my body type, because of the change i put on weight and lost fat, so all the weight i put on was solid muscle few more months down the road, so yeah should take 3-5 months easy, but diet is 75% the work, abs ARE made in the kitchen mostly, espially if ur a teen ectomorph/athletic mesomorph
