So, supplements I normally take and cycle after going through a container are: no xplode, jack3d, and muscle pharm assault. Today, however, I figured I would give this 1mr pre workout sample I received in the mail with jack3d a whirl. I took it on an empty stomach about 90 minutes after consuming some grapes around 9 pm before heading to the gym. Anyways, what happened about 10 minutes later, on my way to the gym, scared the living daylights out of me. I felt a bulge in the back of my throat(back neck) and immidiately my heartrate rose tremendously. My blood pressure immidiately started to climb too (to the point I've never experienced before). I could barely breathe and thought I was going to have a heart attack and go under cardiac arrest. Luckily, I was able to pull my car over and started walking around. Mind you I was in shorts and a jacket in a pitch black unsafe neighborhood...I didn't care was just happy I didn't die there on the side of the road. I then proceeded to drive to the gym, still in shock with what just happened. I noticed I still wasn't feeling normal and avoided confrontation or talking. I proceeded to the bathroom and luckily had the sudden urge to throw up. And puke I did in the toilet. Just warning others what may happen with the dangerous product. Regards, -gary

I don't think I have anxiety issues but it is definitely something I could look into.. I'll try google searching that and see what I come up with. Yeah the grapes were kinda weak but I think I had some grilled chicken 30 mins before that. I just wanted to follow the directions when taking the supp and not taking it right after food.

I hate the pre-workout products that say to take on an empty stomach. Not sure if 1MR is or not, haven't tried my sample yet. Anyways, a pre-workout meal is MUCH more important than a pre-workout energy product. I usually will just have a scoop of protein with a 1/4 cup of ground oats in it. Doesn't fill me up too much but gives me the energy I need to get through my workout. I often take White Flood or something too, but never on a completely empty stomach.

If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.
