    Nope.

It has to be within about 3-4 hours of sleeping for it to have a good chance of keeping you up.

Depends. I'm sensitive to stims, and yes, 1 cup of coffee in the morning keeps me up at night (srs).

I highly doubt a cup of coffee in the morning is the reason you cannot get to sleep at night.

Sometimes people who eat before bed cannot sleep, and others sometimes sleep better when they eat before bed.

There must be some other variable why you dont get to sleep.

But a few posts up, a guy was saying if you take it 4 hours before bed there is a chance of you being not able to sleep.

You seem to be fine if you take it at 2:45. Hope this helps.

Actually, I believe a cup of coffee has 100-200mg of caffeine.
Caffeine's half life is around 6.5hrs
When you goto sleep its like having the caffeine from a pop before going to bed.
It can definitely keep you up.

i've taken it. about 1-1.5 on bicep day and 1.5-2 on others. If i ever took it after 4 i would feel it at 3am while im sitting in bed wondering when i'll fall asleep. Most of the time i took it at 1-2 i would be fine although near the end of my tub i found i would crash really bad and have minnor symptoms if i hadn't taken it that day (light pressure in head and headaches) although i believe im just sensitive to it. also the pump stopped coming except to my arms at about 2/3's of the tub gone

I always like to keep a minimum of 5 hours before heading to bed with any pre-workout supplement.

I'm sure after a while you'll build up a tolerance to it.

I have 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning and I take a 200-400mg of caffeine in pill form before I work(during the day) and I don't have problems falling asleep. As long as I don't consume caffeine after 6 or so.

I take it in the late afternoon and I don't have a problem sleeping. If you are overreactive to caffiene then you may not want to take it soo late.
