Struggling to decide whether I'm going OT or Life Force for my next. I like LF cost effectiveness + superior forms. However, OT has a better R-ALA which may be trivial to some, but is actually a very big pro for me. Life Force uses a low dosed split of Alpha-ALA which actually inhibits R-ALA based on what I've read.
In addition, the Bromelain of OT is nice.

Life Force is where it's at!
Anybody have any experience with Myogenix Myovite? Looks promising and very under the radar from what it seems.

IMO life force is superior in terms of a pure multi for the price it cant be beat and it is half the cost of triad
-True but the multi in the triad is great and you could cut out one of the joint products in your stack. its really about convenience and money savings
Thats where the main value in triad is in that it takes 3 products in one,is cheap, and convenient

Also the interrelationships between nutrients are important as well (both synergistic and antagonistic). You can argue that the concept of an all-in-one system is flawed so there exists an alternative method HERE--but probably not practical for many who are not familiar in this matter.
This is really not an easy subject for most people, but it's good to see that there's at least an effort in consumer awareness.

I hope to get a little time soon to make some comments here. Nice thread and good comments. I still think Ortho Core is superior for numerous reasons and would easily choose to half dose it vs take anything else.
I'm just glad the recognition is there now and it's great to see it being supported in the bb'ing community now as a superior as well as popular choice here and elsewhere. We have some smart dudes demanding better formulas more than ever now... keep spreading the word and we will be the ones who reap the rewards.

I like the part where you only included multis from bb.com
Limited spectrum of choices here if you ask me...

From the Rep FAQ :
What are good and bad things to give negative reputation for?
Negative reputation should be given if the person is posting something that detracts from the conversation. If the post is rude, inappropriate, breaks forum rules, is not gracious, etc; these are all good reasons to give negative reputation. If you have a personal grudge with someone, their team, etc, is it not appropriate to give them negative reputation for no reason. Giving negative reputation because you don't agree with what was said is not an appropraite use of the reputation system. People are entitled to their own opinions, and just because you don't agree doesn't mean the user was wrong or not contributing to the conversation.Correlation does not imply causation. The Plural of "anecdote" is not "evidence".
When you believe in things you don't understand you suffer, superstition aint the way.
Lets Not talk about what COULD be, nor what WOULD be, but rather what really is.

is there any difference to taking something like animal pak versus buying a bottle of vitamin c, vitamin e, vitamin b, multivitamin, etc. separately?
the latter seems to be cheaper and can be purchased anywhere.

Nice thread man. I've added it to my next update of my sticky but that will likely be a few weeks out still at least. Amazed no one has made a thread like this before.
Source Naturals is a pretty large brand in the vitamin world, they sell EVERYTHING it seems like. BB.com just doesn't carry most of their stuff. They have an entire line of vits and herbals.
The question is a fair one, how they can sell LFM for so cheap when those ingredients are far from cheap. I've seen this raised before by several people who know their stuff and by some who work in the industry. Maybe some of it is sour grapes but it does make me wonder a bit.
You posted bad advice. You got negged. You deserved it. This is how the system should work. Grow up.Latest Reviews:

How would you rate my multi? I've been using Mega Men sport (I think that's the name) from GNC. I think its $35? Not sure about amount of servings but it calls for 2 a day. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner.
Thanks.
