My shoulder hurts when I put my hand in front of me like this:
It also hurts when I do incline bench press and sometimes even when I take off my shirt. Flat bench press and military press seem to be fine. It's just that certain diagonal position that hurts.

but just to check the shirt removal posture this is when say your right arm is up, elbow bent while pulling from the left?
if so that's pretty classically supraspinatus - but it could also be some mid or anterior delt or some biceps tendon or a whole lot of stuff.
without seeing you couldn't say.
take some ibuprofen for a couple days and see if the feeling goes away - assuming no allergy to these drugs - and keep your shoulder as mobile as possible WITHOUT moving into that pain place. Keep moving with load even but NO PAIN: go as close to, without going into - the pain part of your range of motion.
this is very different advice than rest and put ice on it.
ice is for dead things and does little for inflammation - it just numbs sensation. and that's ok but there are better ways to help this process. like nsaids for a short period.
likewise motion in a joint does a LOT to tell your brain and body that you're ok and getting better; inertia sends the opposite signal. so as much movement without pain as possible.
If it's still truly horrible after a couple days, go see your doc.
then seek out a movement specialist to help dial in your rehab.
