    I would have to go with squats cause those make you feel like you cant walk as with deadlifts when i do them i dont feel sore just a little pump which feels kinda cool

    deadlifts. its easy to hold decent form to finish up a good set of squats (example. fatigue by the 6th rep and still making it thru the 7th and 8th). but deadlifts once form goes out the window the movement becomes hell
