Red face Creatine vs fat loss

    Hi there,

I need some advice. I did tale creating Agee years ago and did work at some level but on the other hand I did retained a lot of water and got bloated and do not want to go that way.

I am going for the lean muscular side and I need a pre-workout ignition without creatine, which most of them have it.

    Any thoughts?

Also do you recommend the protein that has hydroxy cut ?

    Cheers
Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.

There is no creatine vs fat loss question to be had. Creatine will help retain some strength while losing fat, thats ALWAYS a plus.

    And protein with hydroxycut? wtf?

If you are taking the proper doses of creatine it will not bloat you. You most likely "loaded" or were taking more than required. For a bulk creatine, take 3-5g/day. No loading or cycling needed.

Creatine will benefit you in keeping strength while you are in a caloric deficit.

Protein with hydroxycut isn't in existence, wut?

Anyway; Creatine is an incredibly supplement that anyone who trains with weights should be using, imo.

If you don't already use a preworkout, you can double up on your savings while we've got ErgoPump on B1G1, check it out: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/er.../ergopump.html

Also note that 2$ for every ErgoGenix product purchased in October is going to the American Cancer Society!

Supplements affect everyone differently, but the whole creatine bloat thing and the caffiene thing is old dogma.

For me Creatine lets me do more and it's so cheap I keep it in my arsenal.
