Im fairly lean in most parts of my body, but my arms dont have much definition when i'm not flexing. From the side view my shoulders, biceps, and triceps look very undefined. Why is it that I have pretty low body fat but its just my arms that store a lot of fat?

Yeah it's just genetics man. I'm the exact opposite of you. I've never stored any fat on my arms or legs but most of it centers around my waist and lower back. Everyone's different.

its more likely that there not much muscle there to be as "define" as you would like
