Do I Even Need a Sports Bra?
I'm a 34A, 110lbs and I do a lot of lifting, not a lot of cardio. My boobs are perky and since I'm not doing cardio, there's not a lot of bounce going on. So would you say I need to invest in a sports bra?

since you're only 21, I'd say yes. The more they hang, and aren't supported, the more likely they are to sag later....that's my experience anyway. I say, better to be safe...
Got a new mindset! Let's do this!!!!!!

Bulking
I'm small and don't need one, but I wear one! I wear tank tops in the gym, with and without the so-called built in bra. I could see too many moves where there'd be a bit of a peep show. This way I do not have to worry. Plus, I have enough nipple poking through with those 2-3 layers. It's worse without the sports bra

This. I was in a rush Friday and went without a sports bra and I felt way too exposed. A regular bra just doesn't have enough coverage especially if you work out in tank tops.

I don't need one for support either. I need one for coverage. One wrong bent over move and your girls can be on display.

easy breezy
I don't "need" it per se, but it's more comfortable than a regular bra and it looks more "normal". Also, it's cute under a tank top.
I need some fine wine, and you, you need to be nicer

Get back to this ↓
I wear my regular bra - well, old ones that I don't mind sweating in. I only wear the sports bra when I will be running for longer than 10 minutes. And I wear the sports bra over the regular bra to avoid the above-mentioned nip issue. (B)

This also!
If I were to work out alone, I doubt I'd wear one but I feel wayyy too exposed at the gym.
I'll never forget once when I forgot to wear a sports bra and I could just feel everyone staring more than usual!
Idk why but my nipples always get hard from working out, so that wasnt a winning combo.

GET AT ME BRO
I think you should wear ONLY a sports bra and short shorts.

Even if you are very small breasted you can still sag when you get older. Every woman should wear a sports bra...and probably a lot of men too. I've seen a barely A-cup old woman that sags down to her waist almost. It looks way weirder looking than a large busted woman sagging. Better safe than sorry.
Not to mention some of the nicer sports bras are made of fast drying material so they will dry quicker than a regular bra. Sweaty bra band in summer can equal skin infections or rash.

Okay, that was funny.

I really didn't mean that in a mean way. I meant it in a truthful way. I live in the very obese South and see men in the gym with boobs stretched down to their waist (as they will wear t-shirts with the sides cut out or tanks with large arm openings that show off everything). If they are going stay obese then I really think they should wear something supportive because yes they do sag over time just like any woman. Perhaps Mr. Castanza was right when he suggested creating a man-bra!

I wear regular padded bras to the gym. My nipples don't pop out of a padded bra. I really don't see why I would need to invest in a sports bra (although I own a few). In fact, I find that sports bras provide LESS support. Am I the only one that thinks this way? I also don't suffer from "bounce". I'm not THAT flat neither (wearing a 34 B or 32 C)

Gettin' back up again
I just wear an atheltic tank top (usually Nike) that is already supportive. I don't do cardio, no bouncing around. Another bra under that when the tank is already tight would irritate me.

I have to wear padded sports bras and not because I am small, I am a C-cup. Not a fan of my headlights showing through my tank tops and they seem to get worse if my top is full of sweat.

I'm a D and wear both my padded bra and sports bra, even just for weight lifting.
But yes, I agree with everyone else and say you should just to give your tatas support. You'll thank us later
