    ACL rehab....advice please!

Last June I busted my knee up...snapped my acl and tore my meniscus. I had athe meniscus repaired and ACL reconstruction from a hamstring graft.

I've been training well but was wondering if anyone knows any exercises/variations which will really focus on strengthening the new acl?

Your ACL graft should be stronger than it was previously.

You should just be focussing on functional/agility/proprioceptive/balance/fitness sport-like exercises to build up your muscles in your leg.

You can do things like side stepping, jumping exercises, stop/start movements, sprinting, squats etc.

    How did you injure it?

Agreed. You are not going to strengthen your ACL it is a ligament hence Anterior Cruciate Ligament. You can strengthen the muscles around your knee to help lower the risk of reinjury. Exactly what markymark said, functional stuff with focus on form and breaking down your movements, such as foot work (agility) and jump training. Also you should have recieved some type of physical therapy or athletic trainer and they can also help you transition back into training.
