USN Creatine X4

Opinions on the product basically.
will it be an affective intake of creatine and how often should it be taken?
I know there are cheaper options for the drinks but basically I'm lazy and would find it convenient for it in tablet form

I have been using creatine x4 during december. I find that it has worked very well, I gained about 2kg in the first 2 weeks of using it. I do not feel like I have a bloated muscle look. The only real issue with the usn x4 tablets is that they are uncomfortably large and really salty. And I am always thirsty, it requires you to drink a lot of water!

Just buy normal creatine monohydrate powder, add 5g in your protein shake. enjoy.

I dont use a protein shake, been eating alot of chicken and red meat...used the powder before but hated that I had to mix it with juice all the time.

You dont have to. Mix it in milk, coffee, water, ice cream, sprinkle it on your food.

for the best absorption they say you should mix it with juice, i dont think water would be really effective but am not sure about the other stuff. Dont wanna waste time, want to get best effect in the shortest time. I guess anything with a lot of glucose works.

Thats a myth. They say to mix it with juice for the insulin spike. That insulin spike is so minimal that it doesnt make a difference. Take it with whatever you want, whenever you want.
