Didn't know what section to ask this in...
I'm not asking about the color (I know that) but about particles or whatever they may be in the urine. Are they supposed to be there? What color or size should they be?

Obviously, what you eat and drink (and don't forget multivitamins) will change the color, consistency, and smell of your urine.
A factor that many people forget to add to the equation, though, is frequency. Sure, maybe your urine is near clear, but that means too different things if you're only going a few times a day versus 14-16 times a day.
There is no exact answer that satisfies everyone due to their own prior bias and something I like to call "pre-knowledge" (unfounded information that they have already accumulated that goes against any new information). Generally, if you're hitting at least a gallon a day, you should not really need to worry about the color (it should be pale yellow at darkest, clear at lightest). But this will vary throughout the day. The times you should worry is when it is consistently bright yellow. Yes, a multivitamin will cause this, but not throughout the days.
On a side note, if you're having to go frequently when it doesn't seem you're drinking much water, you might want to see a doctor. You might want to see one if your urine has particulate matter or is colored anything else. If you're really that worried, you could get a urine test.Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

As someone who has had the non-pleasure of analyzing thousands of urine samples over the course of my career, I can tell you that it should be clear to pale yellow (if you're well-hydrated) to amber, with no foul smell. I know...it's pee, so some might think it smells foul just because its PEE. Lol but there IS a difference.
Cloudy urine can indicate any number of things including infection (bacteria, red and white cells, bacteria) and protein being present in the urine.
If it's a very deep yellow it can indicate dehydration. If it's brown, it can indicate liver problems. But many foods, prescription drugs and vitamins can change urine color to all kinds of awesome hues!
